Apple and Cinnamon Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3 green apples
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 soft date
- 1 cup ice
Instructions:
Blend everything except for the ice until smooth.
Add in the ice and blend for another 5-10 seconds until smooth.
